This project involved construction of six (6) new glycol sewage ejectors (Concorde Pump Station PS5, Northwest Pump Station PS8, Cargo West Station PS3, Central Station PS2, Wright Drive Pump Station PS4, and Emery East Pump Station PS6) for the Dayton International Airport. A new electrical service and new 60 kW diesel generator was designed for Pump Stations PS5 and PS8. A new electrical service and new 50 kW natural gas generator with new gas line was provided for Pump Station PS2. Connection to an existing electrical service and a new 150 kW generator was provided for Pump Station PS3. A new electrical service and new 50 kW diesel generator with new gas line was provided for Pump Station PS4. Connection to an existing electrical service and existing 100 kW diesel generator was provided for Pump Station PS6.

RDFA’s role was to provide the Electrical and Plumbing design for these glycol sewage ejectors.

Notable engineering features of this Project:  Providing electrical service and natural gas to remote locations on the site.
