Ohio University Galbreath Chapel Renovations

Galbreath Chapel, built in 1957, is a non-denominational chapel space used by both the college and community for various activities.  The two-story, 6,100‑square-foot building was closed in 2011 to address safety and accessibility issues. This project involves complete interior and exterior renovations, consisting of asbestos abatement; roofing; masonry restoration; exterior painting; renovation of interior floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; upgrades to HVAC controls and electrical infrastructure; remodeling of restrooms; and ADA improvements, including installation of a new elevator.
