Mr. Topp is a registered Mechanical Engineer with more than 37 years of experience in Mechanical System Design and Project Management.

Mr. Topp has a Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, he was a Research Associate and pursued specialized courses in Refrigeration, Heat Exchangers, and Environmental Control Systems. In his professional career, he was formerly employed by a utility company as a fuel systems analyst.

Mr. Topp is a member of the National and Ohio Societies of Professional Engineers, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers, Association of Energy Engineers, National Fire Protection Association, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., and The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio. He is also an Accredited Professional with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Mr. Topp is responsible for Project Management, Heating and Air Conditioning System Design, Plumbing Design, Fire Protection Design, Construction Administration, Energy Evaluation and Conservation Programs. He is the Director of Human Resources for Roger D. Fields Associates, Inc.
